3 Ingredient Cherry Coconut “Cream”

Cook Time: no cooking required

Ingredients:

  • 28 ounces of Thai Coconut Milk (Place in the refrigerator the day before using)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 10 cherries, pits removed, sliced

Procedure:

Remove the hardened coconut cream from the cans and place in a large mixing bowl. Discard the coconut water. Add to the coconut cream the honey and the diced strawberries. Using a hand mixer, whip until you have something that resembles whipped cream with a few small peeks. Serve with your favorite sliced fruit and granola.
