About The Chef
I have a passion for cooking healthy food that improves people’s lives, whether they are a working parent looking to feed their family, someone with unique health needs and dietary restrictions who still wants to eat well, or simply a busy professional looking for nutritious, well-prepared meals. I’m a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute and member of the United States Personal Chef Association. Besides my culinary pursuits, I’m also a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism and a former web and television producer. I focus on natural, whole foods and ingredients in all my meals, making vegetarian cooking delicious, accessible, and enjoyable.
