4 Ingredient Banana Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:
- 4 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 & 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup sweetened carob chips or dark chocolate chips
- 1 egg, beaten
Procedure:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, rolled oats, carob chips and beaten egg. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 15 minutes covered with foil. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Line a large baking sheet with non stick parchment paper. Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and use your thumb to flatten it on to the parchment. Prepares around 30 cookies. Bake for about 15 minutes, flipping the cookies half way through.
