Ingredients:
- 1 cup chilled coconut water
- 2 heaping tablespoons thai coconut cream ( Thai Kitchen Brand Coconut Milk) (Note: place can of coconut milk in refrigerator 24 hours prior to using )
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
Procedure:
Blend all ingredients in a vitamix until smooth and creamy.
