3 Ingredient Mango Lassi Smoothies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chilled coconut water
  • 2 heaping tablespoons thai coconut cream ( Thai Kitchen Brand Coconut Milk) (Note: place can of coconut milk in refrigerator 24 hours prior to using )
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

Procedure:

Blend all ingredients in a vitamix until smooth and creamy.
